Echoview Enterprises Ltd. maintains the highest standard in QA/QC. Through on-going training and awareness our Quality Control Manager, along with our supervisors and workers, are able to guarantee consistency and compliance with all regulatory acts, and codes. We constantly strive to maintain exceptional products, excellent workmanship, and an outstanding corporate culture.
As a supplier of oil and gas facility/pipeline fabrication and construction, we aim to ensure the ability to provide all aspects of the construction process from material procurement/receiving, welding, non-destructive examination, pressure testing, installation, and final inspection.
Our Quality Control Program is registered in both Alberta, and Saskatchewan under pressure piping codes ASME B31.1 (including Boiler Extrenal Piping), ASME B31.3, and ASME B31.5. Our welding procedure specifications are registered in Alberta, and Saskatchewan as well, and cover ASME groups P1 to P1 (low alloy carbon stell), through a wall thickness range of 1/16″ to 8″ maximum. The procedure qualificatio records (PQR’s), qualified the welding procedure specifications in the as-welded, and post-weld heat treated conditions. All our welders are tested to these procedures, and continually maintain their certification.
Through the use of our QA/QC processes, Echoview Enterprises Ltd. has met all requirements as per ABSA document AB-518, The Alberta Safety Codes Act, The Pressure Equipment Safety Regulation, and The Pressure Welders Regulation, along with all other legislative requirements. The importance of compliance, and the surety of public safety will always remain the highest priority of everyone at Echoview.
