First, I need to know your business.

We'll start by seeing where things stand, fixing what needs attention, and setting up what I'll need to manage your profile going forward.

1. I Learn the Business

Complete a short onboarding form so I can learn about your business and priorities.

Then give me access to your Google Business Profile.

If it isn't verified yet, you'll need to complete Google's verification process before management begins.

2. I Establish the Baseline

I'll review your Google Business Profile and run an initial Google Maps visibility scan.

I'll look for inaccurate or incomplete information, settings that need attention, and opportunities I can address as part of your management plan.

3. I Get things in Order

I'll take care of the profile updates included in your plan and set up your email review-request system.

Then I'll begin the ongoing management you're hiring me for.

You run your business. I'll keep up with the profile.

After your first 90 days, management continues month-to-month at $249/month.

What if my profile isn't verified?

You’ll need to complete Google’s verification process before management can begin.

I can point you toward Google’s instructions, but verification must be completed by the business.

What about my older reviews?

Monthly management includes monitoring and responses to new reviews received after your service begins.

What do you need from me each month?

Usually, not much.

If something changes about your business, services, hours, or other important information, let me know. If you have new photos, send them over.

Otherwise, the point is that you don’t have another Google Business Profile task sitting on your to-do list.

Can you guarantee my Google Maps rankings will improve?

No.

Nobody can honestly guarantee where Google will rank a business.

I focus on what we can control, follow Google’s guidance, monitor your visibility and performance, and use what we learn to decide what deserves attention next.

Do I have to send photos every month?

No.

But if you have new photos from jobs, your team, your location, or other real business activity, send them over.

I’ll manage up to 10 client-provided photos per month.

Will you make changes without asking me?

For routine management and updates covered by your plan, yes.

That’s part of what you’re hiring me to handle.

If something requires information only you can provide or involves a significant change to your business information or primary category, I’ll check with you first.

What if I need something outside the plan?

I’ll let you know before doing work outside your monthly management plan.

Depending on what it involves, I may be able to handle it as a separate project or recommend the appropriate next step.
